Julie Kratz is a highly-acclaimed TEDx speaker and inclusive leadership coach who leads teams and creates results in corporate America. After experiencing many of her own career “pivot points,” she started her own speaking business with the goal of helping leaders become more inclusive.
By promoting diversity, inclusion and collaboration in the workplace, Julie helps organizations build more inclusive environments. He is a frequent keynote speaker, podcast host and executive coach. He holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business, is a Certified Master Coach and a Certified Unconscious Bias Trainer.
