He grew up in Connecticut, spent 35 years in the financial industry but life had a different plan for Jim. After brain surgery left him unable to work with numbers, he found a new passion in writing. Now, he’s here to share his journey from finance to authorship, the challenges he faced and how he discovered his creative side.
About James Flynn Jim Flynn grew up in Connecticut. After college he spent 35 years in the financial industry. He and his wife Jennifer have three grown children. Jim and his wife care for horses on their farm in rural Connecticut. After brain surgery changed his life and forced him into retirement, Flynn began writing and produced five books, three in a financial thriller series and two stand-alone humor books.
