A brief description of tapping for pain relief mini-course
You can, of course, skip or speed through it. In our experience, doing one step a day allows time for integration and processing. And… freedom! Do you have a yes for you!

Day 2: Trauma and pain — How old traumas (big and small) may be contributing to your pain today… and what you can do to free yourself.
Day 3: Three Subconscious Beliefs That Can Hurt Your Life — we’ll explore ways to identify destructive beliefs and show you how tapping can clear them up so you feel better.
Day 4: Help your body feel better by changing your state of mind – When you’re stuck in overwhelm, pain, or depression… your body becomes decayed. taps to reduce the intensity of emotions, You move your body into a state of self-healing.
Day 5: What does your pain say? — We will show you how to tune into your body and receive the best and most accurate guidance available… that flows from your own inner truth… your own inner healer.

Day 1: Let’s use tapping for pain relief now
When you are in pain, you have less patience and focus. Your enthusiasm for life has diminished. you don’t feel well
There are very good reasons for how you feel, this Stressful emotions create tension that makes the pain worse.
You were probably taught (as were we) to numb the pain, force it through, or mask it with drugs. Didn’t work for us! How is it working for you?
What if… you were honest with yourself about what you were… feeling emotional… your negative self-talk… horrible things that happened to you in the past?
What if… you could release negative energy… with just your fingertips… and some honest self-expression?

What can you do to find relief?
Try this tap and see how you feel. Go to a quiet place where you can be alone for a few minutes.
Focus on the pain in one part of your body: lower back, left wrist, right knee…
Note how intense the pain is and give it a number from 0-10 (where 10 is excruciating). Then take a deep breath. Let it out.
Tap continuously Hand side (karate chop) Point as you say the following three statements out loud:
Even though I hurt here, and I hate that I hurt… I’m still a good person, and I’m open to relief.
Even though I’m mad that I’m in pain… I admit my anger and all my emotions and I want clarity.
Even though I resent this pain, and I want it to go away…it’s here now, and maybe it has something to tell me.
Above the head: This really hurts!
Eyebrows: I hate it!
Eye direction: It drives me crazy.
Under the eyes: I am very disappointed.
Under the nose: Why me?!
Chin: I want this pain to go away!
Collarbone: I’m tired of hurting.
Underarm: If I could accept myself a little?
Above the head: This hurt the rest.
Eyebrows: If I’m right, even if I hurt?
Eye direction: I am so open to relief!
Under the eyes: It would be nice to release some of this anger.
Under the nose: Can I be calm and confident, even when I’m in pain?
Chin: Maybe I can get away from this frustration.
Collarbone: And take care of yourself no matter how I feel.
Underarm: Maybe my body and I can get through this together.
Take a deep breath. Do you notice any changes in the painful area? How intense does it feel now on a scale of 0-10?
Are you feeling a little better? Any change, no matter how slight, is an encouraging sign that your energy system is responding to the tapping.
