It was a low energy day here in the mountains. A perfect day to meditate, which I did. Then I felt that what I really needed was to move, get off the trail and move my body. Yes! That’s what I needed. And the more I thought about it, the more tired I got sitting on the couch.
Then I felt that I was very tired. I thought of tapping (EFT), but I realized I didn’t have the oomph to do it either. the juice of sorrow Couch potatoes. the blob
Does it ever feel that way?
Here’s what can give you a quick boost of energy; This did it for me this morning:
Clap the inside of your wrist. Like you’re clapping, but instead of clapping, you’re clapping the inside of one wrist with the other hand. Clap 5-7 times and then switch sides and clap the other wrist. Some loud clapping sound! Applause!
Just feeling a little stronger? Good! Now, clap the inside of each heel, above the ankle bone.
Do you feel strong enough to get up now? Great! Do! Move! I’ll join you!
