Eating your passion – prosperity now

Are you eating yourself when you don’t mind? Eat things you didn’t want to?

What if you learned to mask and bury emotions with food?

What we eat can have a powerful effect on our mood and energy.

As children, the only “drug” we have access to is usually food.

Hi, I’m Kathy and I learned at age 5 that I can bury pain and hurt in cocoa puffs.

I thought I had worked through so much emotion and trauma, yet after all the work I had done, I had a whole grave of anger when I had the courage to look at why I wasn’t treating my body well.

Here’s a quick intro video we made for you…

If you have challenges with how you treat your body and what you eat, we invite you to join us for a free video workshop: Eat your passion!

We cover:

  • Being reactive to feelings and emotions can make it impossible to treat your body well in the long run.
  • How moving from a reactive and fearful mindset to a mature reactive frame can give you power and choices you never thought possible.
  • Tapping to release the compulsive need for comfort, stuffing down, and burying food when we experience strong emotions.
  • Guidelines on how to live with the feelings you’ve been avoiding forever, without feeling hurt or broken.

We’re not suggesting you have to be “perfect” and eat like an “adult” all the time. We invite you to step into a more empowered and conscious way that allows you to nourish your body and enjoy your food instead of escaping from your body and into your food.

Can you help us now by commenting below? For example, you could answer: “Emotional eating is a response that I have to…? (what kind of specific situation, emotion, thought)” or ask Cathy and Rick a question. Thank you!
