I choose to feel good! – Rich now



So often when we set life goals or resolutions, they either stick around We want big things or Big things we need to fix.

If you’re that rare type of person who wants something and feels delicious anticipation and hope all the way to achieving it, this kind of goal setting can really set in motion everything needed to make those dreams a reality.

Yet for many, the journey from “where I am now” to “where I really want to be” can seem… overwhelming…hopefully far…even frustratingly out of reach.

I want to tell you that such passion means you can not go there! It just means you have a strong will, which is the first step.

The next step is to take one mental journey Where you start caring more about how you feel than what’s going on. You start to move up the vibrational scale from feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or even depressed to where you are want It seems like the next logical step.

Along the way, the emotional pain you experience is your internal guidance system telling you that your current mental and emotional focus is not yet aligned with who you want to be, what you want to do, and what you want to do.

We can use that perfect Inner guidance system to emotionally take you step by step at your unique pace. This is the energetic, vibrational approach to “achieving our goals”. And that requires choosing a focus that aligns with what we want in life. And that focus, simply put:

I choose to feel good!

Such a committed focus on feeling good above all else will have a profound impact on your well-being.

First, this focus brings greater awareness to our habitual thoughts and core beliefs. For example, we know that a thought is repeatedly entertained We feel bad The opposite of good sense. Negative thoughts are incompatible with you and your well-being like… drinking diesel fuel for energy!

you are not designed To run the power of thought which seems terrifying to you!

And when you know, from your daily experience, that you can soften negative thoughts and feelings, you develop the calm confidence that you can take on any situation and maintain emotional balance… and even make the best of it.

Focus on feel good Also helps us discover physical, mental, emotional, financial and spiritual practices that improve our energy. Some common life-enhancing practices are meditation, prayer, mindfulness, dreaming/visualizing, massage, movement/dance, play, laughter, journaling, and praise/gratitude. The list is endless!

If given two choices, whichever feels better (even slightly) to you and your heart than the alternative is a positive sign from your mental guidance system that you’ve chosen the best fork in the road and are on the right path.

As you move along the emotional journey step by step, some emotions may be felt surprisingly good for you

For example, from a place of frustration and powerlessness, anger and even thoughts of revenge and hatred can feel like relief. Good!! In a state of anger, our energy is drained, and when the energy is gone it’s much easier to reach for thoughts that feel better than anger…like overwhelm and frustration.

(Moving up such a vibrational scale takes practice and is a good thing Our coaching works together.)

Of course, once you spend some time with the life-giving power of anger, it will stop feeling so good to you. Anger is still a low vibration. Your inner being is always yearning to feel better.

At this point, you again have a choice: choose to go back to depression and guilt/shame because feeling “angry” is “bad” or to feel better by getting some relief from the anger… even if that just means feeling “hopefully pessimistic.”

Keep choosing a thought and feeling that brings some relief and you will eventually be well on your way to experiencing peace, joy, and even happiness. You may not know “how to feel good,” yet. It’s okay! This is a skill that anyone can learn.

The key gift of an inner psychic guidance system and your own personal connection to the source of well-being already yours. How to abuse these gifts to feel bad is, oddly enough, more socially acceptable in our culture than to make them feel good.
