Tuning into your inner courage and strength – thriving now



I spent a lot of my life working 3 jobs at once. It helped distract me from all my emotions. Since I started tapping, I’ve been able to slow down and enjoy life more.

The problem is, if I’m too calm, this powerful scares me. I’m working through it, and I love that I remember tapping into that fear, but sometimes the emotions are intense… and I get tired of trying so hard and still feeling scared. – Well

It’s nice that you can slow down a bit and listen at least some of the time. your Primitive brain You must have received some of the messages you sent It is learning that you are safe and capable most of the time. Excellent!

Once we begin to realize that we have the power to take care of ourselves, some of the panic and panic leave our bodies and We have more space and energy to focus and heal.

Every time you tap into your fear, you build that “muscle” of self-care and you teach your body how to release old negative energies.

We wish there was a quick and easy way to do this. Tapping (for us) is a 100x improvement over the therapies and procedures we knew about 10 or so years ago. Hand Direction: Even though I don’t feel very grounded, and I still hurt sometimes, I appreciate my courage and my strength.

Although I still struggle with some deep emotions, and they twist me in knots at times, I appreciate that I continue to reach out for healing.

Although I don’t know what to do with these emotions, and I haven’t gone back yet, I honor my courage and determination and ask the universe to guide me and help me feel loved and safe.

Above the head: I’m scared sometimes.
Eyebrows: But I’m trying anyway!
Eye direction: I think that is the definition of courage.
Under the eyes: I got hurt…
Under the nose: And I keep reaching for something better.
Chin: I like that I have that in me.
Collarbone: A part of me still fears…
Underarm: But I’m improving.

Above the head: I was never quiet inside or out.
Eyebrows: It was never safer!
Eye direction: But I can keep quiet now.
Under the eyes: I’m helping myself heal.
Under the nose: I didn’t give up.
Chin: Even when I’m tired.
Collarbone: Can I appreciate that about myself?
Underarm: I’m open to letting it feel surprisingly safe.

Above the head: This has been difficult.
Eyebrows: It had taken all that was mine.
Eye direction: Sometimes more…
Under the eyes: But I kept going.
Under the nose: I have inner strength.
Chin: I have a quiet courage.
Collarbone: I like that about me.
Underarm: I respect that.
Above the head: And ask the universe to help me reach my heart’s desires.

Take a deep breath.
