Oh, Mother Nature knew it was British Week because she gifted us the rain that has been falling since today.
As seen in the photo just above (perhaps on the right), it captures what immediately comes to mind when I think of Britain – gardens. Soft, vibrant and full of Mother Nature’s various ‘rooms’ of seasonal beauty. And of course, this bright green outdoor loveseat beckons to sit and relax. Add a hot cuppa (because it was raining when I took the picture), bring along a good book or magazine and this vignette is quintessentially British in my mind. Where it was captured at the Schreiner Iris Garden, and later in this week’s post schedule, I’ll share a full tour post (video and photos) of this special place. But first!
